Robert boasts 40+ years of experience in business and management, overseeing all aspects of the company, business development, and institutional relationships. He has a keen understanding of senior needs and social issues and is an important voice in communications with the non-senior business community.

Alyce has spent over 35 years managing retirement, independent living, assisted living, and special needs/memory care communities. Her approach to care focuses on building our caregiving teams which enables us to meet seniors’ and their families’ changing needs consistently. She is passionate about working with staff, families, and residents to achieve the best possible care outcomes consistent with a family’s culture and the needs of their loved ones.
Together, Robert & Alyce are committed to the company’s family ownership and work diligently to preserve and develop this important part of their culture.

Bob and Alyce have 4 children: Janelle, Blake, Gavin, and Cameron. All are members of the Parsons Group Board of Directors, and 3 are active participants in the company.

For as long as he can remember, Cameron has been working in the senior living industry. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 2011, he started working at Parsons Group as the interim executive director, eventually being hired as the full-time director.
After 4 years of repositioning Parsons House and developing the team’s culture, the community stabilized, and Cameron moved to a regional operations role.

Cameron is a uniquely curious, analytical, and creative person, who is always ambitiously pursuing simplification, while always striving to love more. Those traits make Cameron a perfect fit for his current role as CEO.

Every day, Cameron is fueled by working with the Parsons House team and community members, always making sure he has time to catch up on the gossip with the residents.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new trails and cities, reading books, and learning new things.

Mary Catherine, born and raised in Savannah, GA, joined the Parsons Group team in November 2018. After graduating with a degree in accounting from the University of Alabama in 2008, she began her accounting career in the oil, gas, and chemical industry. While in her first role as an accountant, she began to pursue her Masters of Accountancy at Georgia Southern University, which she completed by the spring of 2010.

She was instantly attracted to the work at Parsons Group, as she and her family cared for her beloved grandfather for 20+ years until the age of 101. Mary Catherine’s creative, compassionate, and loyal personality shines through in everything she does here at Parsons Group. Over the past few years, her dedication to updating and redesigning business functions have led our organization to success and helped us reach our big-picture goals.

When she’s not at work, Mary Catherine enjoys exploring the beach, traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and being a sports fanatic!

Monica began her career in the senior living industry in 2001, although she spent countless years before that volunteering in local senior centers, nursing homes, and hospitals. She has extensive experience in operations, marketing, and human resources which she continued to develop after joining Parsons Group in 2010.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in ethnic studies and public policy, she keeps closely connected to the Austin community through non-profit boards and other volunteer leadership roles. She is a founding member of the Austin Steering Committee for Dementia and Aging Issues.

Throughout her time volunteering and working in the senior living industry, Monica has been driven, knowing that she’s helping seniors live their best life and helping shape the future leaders of the industry to do the same.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband Sam, young son Sammy, and their dog. Together they travel, cook, laugh at one another’s terrible jokes, make music, explore the great outdoors, go to the theater, and read.
